Raw Mango Squash
This sweet/spicy/sour drink is a staple of the western parts of India. Best consumed in a tall glass, dissolved in ice-cold water. The perfect tea replacement through the summer, it can transport you to simpler times, when soiled knees were not some Game of Thrones reenactment gone horribly wrong.

Aji, (grandmother in Marathi and some other languages) shared this recipe only once she was certain we could handle it. She has honed and perfected it to suit the family palate and Indian summers. She will share the summery goodness with everyone. The recipe, only with a few.
Ingredients: Pulped Raw Mango (50%), Unsulfated Cane Sugar, Iodised Salt, Cardamom, and Chilli.
